8—Month Progress Overview in Integrate BPD
Study design: Throughout the Integrate BPD program, the participant completed surveys every month for 7 months to track their progress and measure changes in symptoms related to Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Each survey included 4-5 questions focused on the nine criteria of BPD: fear of abandonment, unstable relationships, identity disturbance, impulsivity, suicidal behavior, emotional instability, chronic feelings of emptiness, inappropriate anger, and stress-related paranoia or dissociation. The responses were then averaged to generate individual symptom scores, which were further averaged to create a composite score. This approach provided a comprehensive overview of each participant’s progress, allowing us to assess the program’s effectiveness in addressing core BPD symptoms over time.
** These scores are not intended for diagnosis and were developed by Integrate exclusively for research and progress measurement purposes.
