Company and Job Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Clinical Oversight Advisor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide expert guidance on clinical research, ensuring that all activities are conducted ethically, morally, and with the highest level of scientific integrity. The Clinical Oversight Advisor will play a critical role in maintaining the credibility and trustworthiness of our research and therapeutic programs.

Position: Clinical Oversight Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Advise on the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical research studies.
- Ensure all research activities comply with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Review research protocols and methodologies to maintain scientific integrity.
- Monitor ongoing research projects for adherence to ethical and moral guidelines.
- Provide guidance on informed consent processes and participant protection.
- Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to promote ethical research practices.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations, guidelines, and advancements in clinical research and mental health treatment.
- Assist in the development and review of clinical policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in a relevant field such as psychology, psychiatry, clinical research, or bioethics.
- Extensive experience in clinical research, preferably in the field of mental health or personality disorders.
- Strong knowledge of ethical standards and regulatory requirements in clinical research.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific and ethical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to scientific integrity and ethical research practices.
- Experience in advising or overseeing clinical research projects.
