Position: Reality Integration Therapy™ (RIT) Specialist

Location: New York Greater Area / Remote 

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Reality Integration Therapy™ (RIT) Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing excellent customer service to potential clients and existing clients who require assistance with navigating our therapy platform, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the sign-up process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and provide information about our therapy solutions.
• Assist existing clients with platform navigation, troubleshooting issues, and answering inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Guide clients through the sign-up and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and customer support teams to provide comprehensive client care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
• Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Must have successfully completed the Integrate BPD program themselves and have had lived experience with BPD and or BPD tendencies.
• Proven experience in customer service, client support, or a related role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
