Position: Treatment Intervention Research Analyst 

Location: New York Greater Area / Remote

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Research Analyst with expertise in treatment intervention research to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to lead and contribute to research studies aimed at evaluating and establishing Reality Integration Therapy™ (RIT) as an evidence-based therapy for Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). The Research Analyst will collaborate closely with our research team to design and execute studies, analyze data, and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop research studies focused on evaluating the efficacy of Reality Integration Therapy™ (RIT) for BPD.
• Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on the latest research in treatment intervention for mental health disorders.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure research protocols align with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present research findings to internal stakeholders and at professional conferences.
• Contribute to grant proposals and fundraising efforts to support research initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in treatment intervention research, preferably with a focus on mental health disorders.
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies, study design, and statistical analysis.
• Proven track record of publishing research in peer-reviewed journals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
